2014 is one sleep away!

Tomorrow is the start of a brand new year with limitless possibilities.  Yay!  AND.............. I love being a vegetarian so much that I've decided to take it one step further and go Vegan - well for the month of January in any case, we'll see how I feel at the end of January.  I have a feeling I'm going to enjoy this new lifestyle.

Migraines

I'm doing a bit of research into natural migraine remedies and have found this info.
Apparently ginger's anti-inflammatory action can really help as well.  Magnesium supplements are also said to help. The next time I feel migraine symptoms coming on I'm going to try ginger tea before reaching for the Relpax.

Veganuary

I just came across an awesome project, which very well might be thing to move me from vegetarianism to veganism.  Check it VEGANUARY.

Big Green Smile

I recently ordered a whole lot of household cleaning products and some personal hygiene bits and pieces from Big Green Smile (in the UK).  Their service is really awesome, they delivered it to my doorstep (in Spain) 3 days later.
